Principais Responsabilidades Liderar investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de problemas de qualidade vindos de fornecedores, conduzindo an\u00e1lises estruturadas (5 Porqu\u00eas, Ishikawa, 8D, RCA) e garantindo a defini\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de conten\u00e7\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas e eficazes; Desenvolver e gerir Planos da Qualidade para itens novos e de s\u00e9ries atuais, assegurando alinhamento entre requisitos de desenho, processo e expectativas do cliente interno; Acompanhar atividades do PMO, incluindo Design Reviews, PFMEAs e revis\u00f5es de processo; Aprovar, auditar e monitorar PPAPs, assegurando que os processos produtivos possuem controles robustos para atender especifica\u00e7\u00f5es; Atuar como elo t\u00e9cnico entre John Deere e fornecedores, garantindo comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara, objetiva e orientada \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas; Apoiar programas de desenvolvimento e melhoria cont\u00ednua dos fornecedores, direcionando melhores pr\u00e1ticas de processo, inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, metrologia e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o; Monitorar KPIs cr\u00edticos (QPPM, problemas de qualidade, entregas, custo da n\u00e3o qualidade) e liderar planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o para melhorias sustent\u00e1veis;Assegurar alinhamento com requisitos e sistemas corporativos, incluindo pol\u00edticas da qualidade, Sistema de Gest\u00e3o, normas internas e diretrizes globais de Qualidade de fornecedores.
